Entitled Conflict, Disaster and Rapid Urbanization as Determinants of Inequity in Philippines, the presentation expounds on the strategic frameworks for the seventh UNICEF Country Programme for Children (CPC7).  Included in the presentation are thematic national, regional and provincial vulnerability maps, as well as the 609 priority municipalities of the National Anti-Poverty Commission, the 455 water municipalities, 108 investment convergence municipalities with Community-Based Monitoring System,  DILG Seal of Good Housekeeping, PAMANA and KALAHI, the NAPC list of priority cities, and the Philippines equity investment monitoring.
